Refusal of unauthorized email collection
We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programs or other technical devices.
Please be advised that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
- No one shall collect email addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an internet homepage without the prior consent of the internet homepage operator or administrator.
- No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
- No one shall use an email address for the transmission of information knowing that it is an email address whose collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited pursuant to the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 70 (Penalties)
In accordance with Article 70 (Penalties), the offender shall be punished by imprisonment for up to 7 years or a fine of up to 50 million won.
- A person who defames another person by publicly disclosing facts through an information and communication network for the purpose of slandering that person.
- A person who defames another person by publicly disclosing false facts through an information and communication network for the purpose of slandering that person.
- Prosecution for the offenses under Paragraphs 1 and 2 cannot be initiated against the specific will expressed by the victim.
